O presente trabalho busca discutir a questão da judicialização da vida (judicialização das relações sociais) pela ótica do cenário das mulheres. O enquadramento do debate é o constitucionalismo democrático brasileiro, que permite erigir, ainda que sucintamente, questões como judicialização e ativismo, caráter representativo do Judiciário, direitos fundamentais e sua aplicação também pelos demais Poderes e pela sociedade, o que fomentou questões sobre supremacia judicial e supremacia constitucional. Title: Legalization of life: the scenario of women and brief notes on judicial supremacy and constitutional supremacy

This paper discusses the issue of legalization of Life (judicialization of social relations) from the perspective of the scenario of women. The framing of the debate is the Brazilian democratic constitutionalism, allowing erect, albeit succinctly, issues such as legalization and activism, representative character of the judiciary, fundamental rights and their implementation by other branches and also by society, which fostered questions about judicial supremacy and constitutional supremacy.
