As mudanças ocorridas no mundo do trabalho na contemporaneidade, sobretudo, com o advento da produção flexível, expressa principalmente pelo toyotismo, têm trazido conseqüências nocivas ao trabalhador. Ao contrário de promover maior liberdade e lhe garantir controle maior do processo produtivo, o modelo flexível tem tornado a exploração do trabalho muito mais intensa e, por conseguinte, submetido o trabalhador à condições extenuantes. Destarte, este artigo objetiva trazer uma reflexão sobre como tem se implementado esse novo padrão de acumulação (produção flexível) e que conseqüências trouxe para o aumento da extração de mais-valia e contribuído para a (des)organização dos trabalhadores.

Title: The intensified exploration of the workforce with flexible production: elements of the debate

The changes in the workplace nowadays, especially with the advent of flexible production, expressed mainly by toyotism, have had, consequences harmful to the worker. Instead of promoting greater freedom for workers, and will ensure greater control of the production process has become the model flexible labor exploitationmuch more intense and therefore subjected the employee to the extenuatingcircumstances.
