The System for Guaranteeing Rights and full protection of children and adolescents: a literature review

A realidade brasileira, a despeito dos avanços da legislação em relação aos direitos infanto-juvenis, é permeada por lacunas que comprometem a garantia e a efetivação desses direitos, gerando condições de vida adversas às crianças e adolescentes. O presente trabalho objetiva conhecer a configuração e a atuação do Sistema de Garantia dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (SGDCA) e compreender os aspectos normativos e doutrinários integrantes dessa estrutura, analisando os entraves e fatores que interferem na efetiva proteção integral a essa população.

Title: The System for Guaranteeing Rights and full protection of children and adolescents: a literature review

The Brazilian reality, despite the advances in legislation in relation to children rights, is permeated by gaps jeopardizing the security and enforcement of those rights, generating adverse living conditions for children and adolescents. This paper aims to know the configuration and performance of the System of Granted Rights for Children and Adolescents (SGDCA) and understand the normative and doctrinal aspects members of this structure, analyzing barriers and factors that interfere with effective full protection to this population.
