Este texto traz reflexões acerca da relação entre os Direitos Humanos e o Serviço Social. Para tanto, traça, sucintamente, o percurso da ética na profissão e os compromissos, progressistas e democráticos, assumidos por ela nas últimas décadas — presentes no Projeto Ético-Político —, visando contribuir para o debate de algumas polêmicas referentes à temática dos Direitos Humanos (na profissão).

This text features reflections concerning the relationship between Human Rights and Social Work.
