Este artigo busca refletir sobre os benefícios eventuais enquanto parte do sistema de proteção social. Observa-se que na prática esta atenção encontra-se numa condição marginal junto à política de assistência social, a gestão pública e as legislações vigentes. Trata-se de um direito socioassistencial que precisa ser melhor definido, analisado e interpretado, principalmente por considerá-lo como integrante do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS).

Title: The possible benefits with the social welfare policy: some considerations

This article seeks to reflect on the possible benefits as part of the social protection system. We observe that in practice this attention is a marginal condition by the social welfare policy, public management and legislation. It is a right to social assistance needs to be better defined, analyzed and interpreted, especially considering it as part of the Unified Social Assistence System (SUAS).
