Neste trabalho busca-se analisar os desdobramentos da Lei 12.010/2009 e seus efeitos no cotidiano de sujeitos sociais implicados diretamente por estaLegislação. A Lei 12.010/2009 trata da Convivência Familiar e Comunitária para crianças e adolescentes, mas ficou nacionalmente conhecida como Lei da Adoção. A judicialização das relações sociais manifesta-se sensivelmente no tratamento dado e na necessidade de se obter respostas rápidas que nem sempre atende aos interesses das famílias e das crianças e adolescentes envolvidos. A negligência imputada frequentemente às mulheres pobres tem um viés perverso e sexista, que muitas vezes, confirma discriminações e exclusões. O trabalho tem como recorte territorial, em sua escala municipal, o município de Niterói – RJ sendo grande maioria da população formada por mulheres, contabilizando uma população feminina de 261.656.

Title: The influence of Law 12.010/2009 for judicialization of social relations and their effects on women in the city of Niterói / RJ

This paper seeks to analyze the ramifications of a new legislation and its effects on the daily lives of social actors involved directly on the impacts of this legislation. The Law 12.010/2009 deals with family and community life for children and teens, but became widely known as the Law of Adoption. The judicial nature of social relations manifests itself appreciably in the treatment given and in the need to get quick answers that does not always meet the interests of families, children and teenagers involved. Neglect often imputed to poor women have a wicked and sexist bias that often confirms discrimination and exclusion. The work focuses on the territorial clipping in Niterói - RJ, where most of the population are women, accounting for a female population of 261,656.
