Este trabalho defende que tem havido frequente confusão entre os conceitos de ação afirmativa, inclusão, democratização, acesso e permanência. Sendo assim, tem como premissa principal a ideia de que os mecanismos de inclusão apresentados na forma de ações afirmativas orientadas para o ensino superior terão sua efetividade ampliada na medida em que forem iniciadas discussões acerca da igualdade social/racial que se direcionem para além dos temas inclusão/acesso. Assim, neste trabalho, observaram-se os reflexos da desigualdade social em diferentes segmentos educacionais, sobretudo no nível superior, para compreender especificamente o campo de possibilidades para a continuidade de adoção de ações afirmativas.

Title: The scenery of the afirmative action and the disconstruction of the elitism in higher education: notes for an action agenda

This paper argues that there has been frequent confusion between the concepts of affirmative action and inclusion, democratization, access and permanence. Therefore, the main premise is the idea that the mechanisms of inclusion presented in the form of affirmative action oriented to the higher education will have its effectiveness enlarged when the discussion about social/racial equality have been initiatedbeyond the themes of inclusion/acess. Thus, in this subject, the reflections of the social inequality can be analyze in different educational segments, even more as the higher education, to understand specifically the field of the possibility to have a continuity of the adoption of the affirmative action.
