O presente artigo procura apresentar uma análise sobre manifestações de violências contra crianças e adolescentes, separando-as pelas suas naturezas, buscando apontar para tensões entre os discursos jurídicos e políticos oficiais diante da realidade observada em um olhar interdisciplinar com privilégio da Sociologia do Direito, no caso, de crianças e adolescentes. Para tanto, a proposta procurará destacar alguns direitos garantidos, entraves e desafios para a garantia de tais direitos e uma estratégia, ainda pouco experimentada em termos de construções políticas: Resoluções de Conselhos Estaduais de Direitos a partir de um caso emblemático que procurou garantir direitos a um grupo determinado.

Title: Reflections on the tensions observed in juridical and political field of the integral protection

This article seeks to present an analysis on manifestations of violence against children and adolescents, separating them by their nature, seeking to point to tensions between the juridical and political official speeches observed through an interdisciplinary look with privilege of the Sociology of Law, in the case of children and adolescents. To this end, the proposal will try to highlight some rights guaranteed, barriers and challenges to the security of such rights and a strategy, yet little experienced in terms of political constructions: Resolutions of the State Councils of Rights from an emblematic case which sought to guarantee rights to a specific group.
